Auntie Carol's Policies and Important Information
lt is standard in the pet-sitting industry for clients to prepay total
costs of services before visits begin. For
vacation and holiday pet sitting from May 1 through January 1, all requested
dates of service will be calendared after receipt of full prepayment
of all visits. If you give us less than 5 days' notice of cancellation,
a $15.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from your prepayment amount,
with the balance refunded to you. If you anticipate future service,
we will carry service credits up to one year for the amount of the balance
of your prepayment.
Please Call Us When You Arrive Home - Call us ASAP
at 904-446-5396 to let us know you have arrived. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT
Unless we hear from you,we will continue to visit your pet until we
get this call from you. Client is expected to pay for unscheduled visits.
Reservations - Call 904-446-5396 at least 5 days prior
to your departure date so we can schedule our 1st meeting in your home.
Early
Return - Service credits for unused visits are good for 1 year
from date of return.
Aggressive Pets - We are unable to care for aggressive
pets.
Back-up Pet Sitter - If your regular pet-sitter has
an unexpected emergency, a qualified sitter will be sent to your home.
This sitter will be updated about your pet's needs and will continue
the visits.
