ls Auntie Carol's Pet Sitting licensed, insured and bonded?
ACPS is licensed to do business in the State of Florida. Comprehensive liability insurance and bonding is in effect. We are a Limited Liability Corporation.

What do you charge for services?
Please refer to page entitled "Services & Rates"

Are reservations required?
Reservations are required. At least 5 days' notice is requested for pet sitting - even more time for May 1 through January 1 (busiest time for holidays and vacations). An initial meeting is required so I can meet you, your pets, gather needed information, collect your house key and receive payment. I will try to accommodate last minute calls from current clients if openings are available for requested dates.

Will you visit my pet who at times can be aggressive?
Sorry, for the safety of all pet sitters, aggressive pets are not accepted.

Do you offer discounts?
A $l0.00 service credit will be given to an existing client when their referral completes their initial service.

What if my pet becomes ill while I'm away?
I will contact you (if available) and your vet if anything appears out of the ordinary. If necessary, your pet will be transported to your vet, a vet of my choice (if your vet is not available) or to an emergency clinic after hours.
